Analysis of The Causes of Damage To The Excavator Track

The excavator's track is an important part of the excavator. Since the working environment of the excavator is mostly bad, it is inevitable that the excavator's track will be damaged by large and small ones. What are the reasons for the damage of the excavator's track? Let us analyze it below.

1. Long walk
Due to the special structure of the excavator, it is impossible to walk for a long time. This will not only cause great damage to the crawler but also affect the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the excavator should travel as little as possible.

2. Improper operation when turning
When the excavator is turning, the crawler on one side is moving and the crawler on the other side is stationary, and the moving crawler will have a large rotation. At this time, if the static crawler is blocked by the raised part on the ground, The track is caught on the side of the rotating side and the track is easily pulled.

3. Failure to clean up the gravel in the track in time
When the crawler excavator is working or moving, some gravel or mud will enter the track. If it is not removed in time before walking, the gravel will be squeezed on the driving wheel and the guiding wheel as the interest rate belt rotates. Between the track and the track, the time will make the track of the excavator loose, and the chain rail will break. Therefore, we must check and clean up in time.

4. Excavator parking is not reasonable enough
When the crawler excavator is parked, it must be parked in a flat place. If the height is uneven, it will cause the track of the excavator to be unevenly loaded, which may cause the track to break.

5. Driving on uneven roads
The working environment of the excavator is generally uneven. Under such terrain conditions, the crawler excavator travels improperly, the weight of the body tends to be partial, and the local pressure becomes large, which may cause the crawler to loosen.
